I've done a craft fair, in actual fact a wool market, which went really well I sold just over the amount that was stolen from my petty cash tin *facepalm, lesson learned. I did get some good feedback though and like I said I sold several bits and pieces.
I've been making teeny hats. A couple of mini top hats and a wee christmas elf hat, also a a little pointy witches hat and some Frankenbooties for Halloween and a ton of red poppies for Rememberance Day, I was going to donate half the proceeds to the Poppy Appeal but I've only sold one so far, hey ho never mind, I also made a white one for future peace and a blue one for the lost service animals too.
I also made up a bunch of stuff for the upcoming Christmas markets, I thought I'd done enough to have some for a couple of markets I'd been invited to and the ones that one of my stockists is attending with her lovely shop...
3 notable things here...
#1 He he heee I cannot get used to having a stockist lolol, #2 I am always surprised that people like my stuff as much as I do and #3 I underestimate stuff all the time.
I need to make almost all of the stuff I thought I had again as my friend liked it all and is going to try to sell it a la marché eeek so no rest for the wicked lol
I am also trying to manufacture some man gifts, from leather with my lovely new sewing machine (which my brother bought me) and some leather. Clever lad that he is hes laser etched the craft pixie onto the leather now I just have to outsmart my new machine (which is being beastly and shredding the thread) and jobs a good'un
